ACH Debit Block

Prevent unauthorized ACH activity on your business accounts with the ACH Debit Block feature. Available exclusively within Business Express Online Banking, this feature allows only trusted and approved vendors to electronically debit your account.

Account Reconciliation

Save time and increase your control over the account reconciliation process with Washington Financial’s Account Reconciliation service. Available within Business Express Online Banking, you have the option of either full or partial reconcilement, depending on your specific needs. With both solutions, information and detailed reports of your account activity will be delivered to you when and how you like them. It’s your choice!

Full Account Reconciliation uses issued check information that you provide to generate reports which detail your paid and outstanding checks and any exception items.

Partial Account Reconciliation allows you to export an information file of checks that have cleared your account to then be matched up to your accounts payable system.

Positive Pay

Protect your business from check fraud with Positive Pay. Available within Business Express Online Banking, the Positive Pay feature compares each check presented for payment with your check register to ensure that key information such as the amount and payee has not been altered.

All you need to do is upload your check register in your Business Express Online account. We’ll send you an alert if a mismatch occurs and you decide whether or not to approve the payment.

With Positive Pay, you can catch fraudulent activity before your account is impacted.
